IMPORTANT NEWS There is now some additional movement underway in the Houses of Congress to give FERS employees a similar benefit when it comes to Sick Balances at the end of their careers. As most of you know, FERS employee get no compensation or derive no benefit from accumulated amounts of Sick Leave when they retire. Follow the link below to read on the latest effort to provide those employees with a benefit of value.
