This Page is for your use in keeping up with some of the aspects of your retirement.

In order, first of all, to ensure that you maintain your status as a NAPUS Retiree, please make sure that you have signed, as soon as possible, a form 1187R.  If this form is not filled out and signed, your membership into this very valuable organization will be dropped.  There is no automatic way to go from being an Active Postmaster to a Retired Postmaster and maintain your membership without that form being signed.  Follow the link to obtain a printable 1187R and then fill it in.

Any questions about retirement benefits or procedures must go through the Office Of Personnel Management.  Follow the link to reach their website and find the specific nature of the problem or question.  If this does not solve the problem, feel free to contact an Executive Board member for additional assistance.
