As we move forward in this venture, it is the intention of the Webmaster to create a secure and password driven location within the site in order that the Executive Board can either discuss current matters affecting the Chapter or present issues that the Board needs to address.

There will be an effort made to create a location where if feasible, the Board could eventually have interactive discussions.  If this is possible to create, this will eventually mean that the Board could have an Interactive Scheduled Meeting which would act as an Executive Board Meeting.

This conceptual idea is rather exciting in nature.  The Maine Chapter covers a huge amount of territory and interactive meetings would be a huge cost savings for the Board.
